Roller shutter 2 FGR222 v2.5

Hello,

 

I have a HC lite.

works fine with the 3 wall plugs.

 

But when adding the roller shutter 2 (FGR222 EU2.5) it was working fine for the first 2, after that all node were dead.

 

After removing the roller shutter 2, it seems not possible to reset them (holding the B-button down) as no led are lighting. When looking into the hole, I see a small green/red light blinking

 

How can I reset these roller shutter back to the factory settings?

1. Make sure the device is supplied
2. Press and hold the B-button
3. Wait for the visual indicator to glow yellow (4th MENU position)
4. Release the B-button
5. Press the B-button again, briefly
6. After few seconds the device will be restarted with enabled auto-inclusion mode
7. To exit auto-inclusion mode press the B-button

Thanks for quick answer but when holding the b button, no visual indicator is glowing, even after 20 seconds. So need another way to reset.

And you have connected to the power supply?

It is connected to the power (measured)

 

To excluded any interaction with the physical switch, this is not connected for the moment

This afternoon some extra trying. With a new roller shutter switch. Not used yet.

 

as I read on other topic, first exluded from HC lite. After that connected to the HC lite.  Parameters are read. But after that the switch goes into “ no communication” 

 

tried “ wake up dead nodes” but not working

 

HC relocated at 1 m of the switch but no help.

 

Any idea?

Some extra question. It is possible I damaged the device, because connected to a wrong mechanical switch causing some short circuit ?

 

My actual installed switches are Niko 07-059-20. So with a fixed holding position for raising /lowering. and a middle position when needed to stop the roller blind in an intermediate position.?

I can't see from my location what you did wrong, but its possible that the roller shutter are damaged.
