Window sensor won't wake up

Question

Posted

I have a Fibaro 2 window sensor which will not wake up when I place it in its final position.  I have tried deleting and reinstalling.

Distance line of sight to window sensor from HC2 is approx 10 meters, but due to having very thick walls I have installed other mains powered devices to facilitate a better network,. I am relying on 3 / 4 jumps.

Can anyone shed any light on why this problem may be occuring.

Thanks Stephen

Hi

I would suggest a "Mesh network reconfiguration:" Find it under "configuration" - "Z Wave network"
Do it only with the devices it relates to. :)
