Does it exist?

I did find the Smartmi Xiaomi Evaporative Humidifier 2 , but I believe this is not z-wave?

I use standard dehumidifier with Fibaro wall plug. After turning on it needs 3 minutes before start working to protect compressor. I believe humidifiers can be controlled same way?
