iOS Push notification after alarm?

Dear all,

 

 

I'm struggeling with the alarm status of Fibaro. Right now, I don't receive any push notification when an alarm occurs even I registered my iOS device and I enabled that device as "push notification" receiver. I only see the alert when I open the app.

 

Where do I need to configure something to receive that notifications?

 

 

I tried to do that manually with the magic scene creator, but it also doesn't work because I think that I don't have the correct settings....

Ahhh, I'm closer.... I added a notification in the panel and added a notification when the status changes:

Now I receive hundreds notifications ... as long as motion is shown. Hmm, one notification would be enought. So not 100% fixed. Thank you for your help.

I'm a step closer...it works only when the system is armed, but even then, the events will be started several times and I'll receive for every motion an alarm notification. That's not the idea, because I should only receive one single notification when the alarm starts and the hue scene should also been started only once.

 

Any ideas for a newbie?

Use the alarm panel for that, this way you manage the entire "security system" instead of a single sensor which you are doing now.

@Vinisz: Thank you very much. Now I understood how the alarm panel worked and it works perfect.

 

For other newbies:

 

On the "Alarm Panel" you can add actions/scenes, which runs, when the alarm starts. Two hints (why it didn't work in my installation):

 

1. You need to add th scene to the alarm panel and activate it then -> after adding, it's deactivated!!!

2. If you activate the scene/script in general, the script will rund hundred times during the alarm situation. So deactivate the scene/action in general, but activate it on the "alarm panel". Then it runs only during the alarm situation.

Need some help on the same topic, I seem to have the same problem but cannot make it work.

If I activate on the motion sensor "notify me by push" i get messages on each movement, similar to Danielos. So I have removed it.

I have the scene created:

 

I have created the notification in the notification panel:

 

And finally, in the alarm panel, I have the scene added and active.

 

 

But with all these, the alarm is notifing me ONLY when I start the app.

I have tried on both iOS and Android, cannot find where I am wrong....Would be great to get a clue!

Since the last update 4.580, it's working with the settings above...
