Wake up light

HI,

 

I want to setup a wake-up light, i.e. that every morning Monday to Friday it will at 06:00 start to slowly dim up the lighting in the room from 0% to 100% in like 15 min or so.

 

I'm not that good at LUA, is there anyone how has a scene that can do this?
