What is happening with HC2? Cant power on, please help

Hi

 

I also submited this to fibaro support but please help if anyone knows what to do:

 

We have HC2 and we have whole house connected to HC2... today it suddenly stoped working...
HC2 wont start and it can not be set to recovery eather. I am sending 2 videos:

- normal start (lights from right to left)
- recovery start (lights from left to right)
 
in both cases lights are than turned OFF and i am unable to even see HC2 on my LAN.... every LED is OFF and I cant get to recovery mode...
 
Do you have any suggestions?
