Good morning,

when i try to link my Fibaro ID account to the Google Home app, i always have the message "Couldn't update the setting. Check your connection", but my connection is ok, fast, and also i do not have problem to access my Fibaro HCL from the Fibaro app.

Anyone have a solution for that problem?

Thanks

I had the same. My solution was to login through Fibaro ID (web, not local) and than try again. It worked for me.

+1 here - opened ticket with Fibaro stating that I followed the intructions to a T and no go.  To which Fibaro promptly replied to my ticket to follow the instructions and closed the ticket.  No reply after that. YAY....thumbs up for product support.

I'm going to hunt for an iOS device as I'm doing all of this on various Androids.

Had an internet and power outage over the last day ... these are always nice... guess what.  things started to show up in google home (I've got power plugs, and light switches...thermostats are no go yet :)

Am not sure what did the trick but obviously everything was reset probably more than once...
