Heating panel - Scheduel mode

Question

Posted

Hi,

I have tried to search for an answear, but no luck so far. Do any of you know when the heating kicks in in scheduel mode? For instance if you set the temperature of a room to 24degC  07:00 (before 07:00 its 20degC). Will the temperature be 24degC at 07:00, or will it start heating from 20degC to 24degC at 07:00?

Br,

Frank

Setpoint of a temperature will be triggered according to time patern you have set up in Heating Panel. So, if there is 24degC Setpoint at 7.00,  your heating element will be triggered to turn on to get close to 24degC value assuming that present temperature is lower than a setpoint (or off, if present temperature at 7.00 is higher than a setpoint in your schedule).

Just to be 100% certain. It will trigger the heating element at 07:00, and not before to reach 24degC at 07:00?

    Sorry for my ignorance :)

That is correct, what you are talking about is adaptive learning and that is something that is not present in the Fibaro HC2, if you want that buy an external thermostat to arrange the heating.
