Hello community,
I'm new in this world so please be patient with me.
I just bought the HC2 and after I started it, I started the update.
The update was blocked at 0 for 2 hours and no more possibility to rollback or skip or any other helpfully step. (the internet connection was ok )
I restarted the HC2 and from this point no chance to get access at the unity. Somehow after another 2 hours I received the recovery menu which was completed with success but still I cannot get access on the HC2.
I'm very disappointed about this situation, maybe someone with more experience can help me...
At the moment there are only first 2 leds (from right) are on. I tried to keep the + button for 10 seconds and yes the 3th led is on now but I still cannot reach the HC2.
