I install new Home Center for Android. After type FIBARO ID and PASSWORD (is any way to memorize this??)  I able to select My home. Click on My HCL and receive message:

 

HCL-xxxxxxx Connection failed. Try again. 

 

Connection is ok, I use Home Center via web without problem in the same time.

Same issue here also on iOS!

    New problem: I uninstalled the new Home Center, but after that I can not use the old Android Fibaro app. The application always crashes when I try to connect to my HCL. I try full uninstall/install several times, not working. 

     

    Any suggestions?

    Good to see that I'm not the only one which can't log into the new app. The old app still works, so not really a problem. I won't tough the old app until I see some info here about it working for folks hee.

    Mine is now working.  Did an HC2 reboot and now login to the new APP okay. However I think I prefer the old APP for now.

    Unfortunately, the old version of the Fibaro app also doesn't seem to be working for me, as can be seen in the youtube video below.

    I have the same problem on my phone. It`s frustrating as hell.

    But with my tablet, I can logg inn to the same app. Fibaro 1.24.0.4

    Yes, it works for me without any problems on another phone. Obviously, the new Home Center has broken something, but it's a question of how to fix it.

    For me, it didn't work before I tried the new Home Center app. 

    Just bought the system, and installed it this weekend. 

    Installed the fibaro app on two different tablet. Worked on both, but not on the phone.

    Old App working fine before I install new Fibaro Center. Now both applications do not work :(

    Hello,

    I had the same situation. 

    1. Unninstall IOS/Android APP

    2. Remove HC2 from Fibaro ID webpage.(Remote Access)

    3. Clear cache in browser.

    4. Added again the HC2 in Fibaro ID webpage( Remote Access)

    5. Open the Administration page using the link from Remote Access webpage.

    6. Configuration - Access Control - Syncronize

    7. Reinstalled the IOS/Android APP.

    and after that the connection was ok.

    Unfortunately, the same thing is happening  again :(

     

    I did all the steps, except step 6. HC2 lite does not have the option Configuration - Access Control - Syncronize.
