What is your problem? I have previously used Aeotec HEM3 G2 in my HC2 without any problems.

2) I have disabled on *all* power devices "Show energy consumption measurements" otherwise UI add all my power devices to HEM3 calculation. So. my HEM3 calculation power on phase A/B/C and HC2 show me totally as phase A + phase B + phase C and + all power devices. and as result, I can see double power calculation.

 

3) if you trying to unhide the total calculation HEM3 device you will get triple (sic!) power calculation

My HEM3 G2 is now moved to another system (Raspberry + Aeotec Z-stick) and I do not remember which settings I used. Edit: Polling every 60 second.
But I used this page with information on how to configure HEM. On the page you can also download an Excel sheet that facilitates the calculation.

I have both problems as well, the tiles not displaying the Power consumption in the main tile area, but only in the bottom left corner of the tile, as shown in the picture above.

Then I also noticed the double energy measurements, but haven't gotten to looking at addressing it... So will track this thread.

 

My last problem is that the Power Consumption measurements are only showing up in the Fibaro WebUI, and not in the app. The app is only showing Voltage and Current, which are not so useful. 

 

Together with Aeon Labs support, I went through a manual parameter setting, but this was only to configure the correct measurement of the 3 phases, it didn't change the above.

And support suggested to upgrade firmware, for which I ended up buying the AEOTEC Z-Wave USB stick, but I managed to get HEM firmware to 1.4.

This last step didn't make a difference.

 

I reached out again to Aeon Labs support, but their first comment was that it is likely related to Fibaro (the device showing in the WEBUI but not in the app..), 

 

Hoping still for some improvement, but one of the larger Fibaro partners in Netherlands stopped shipping the HEM products all together, but it is a bit unclear why.

I think the whole configuration challenge just doesn't make using this product easy. But now that I went through all the hassle, I'm hoping to get the last bit right..

Is there any scene or vd that you can get the total energy consumption. That would be very helpful as the device now does nothing. Thanks!
