How make variables with "between times"?

Hi,
I want to create variabels that should bee inside a time window.

For example I want the variables to bee between 06:02 and 22:00 is this possible?

Example of the scene I want to create.

 

60 minutes before the sun goes down I want all of my lights to turn on if the time is between 06:02 and 22:00.

So if the time is before 06:02 the scene will not run either will it run if the time is after 22:00.

Try this i think that this works. I have set the sunrise but you want sunset you can change that.
