Hi ,

I have a small problem with "new The button".

I have "the button" and with him I like to remotelly switch a pump for heating for 1 hour. I create Scene via trigering devices, but deasn't work.

My idea is... to press "the button" with function "key held down" and after that pump which is connected to fibaro "double switch" start pumo to work fot 1 hour.

Afer this time pump automaticly scitch off.

Do you have some Idea, whay this doesn't work...I receive notification... too much instances ??

thanks in advance

What do you have so far? A lua code?

You can trying. Change IDBUTTON into the id from you button, and IDSWITCH to id off the switch.

--[[
%% properties
%% events
IDBUTTON CentralSceneEvent
%% globals
--]]

fibaro:debug("The button pressed")
local button_source = fibaro:getSourceTrigger()["event"]["data"]

if (tostring(button_source["keyAttribute"]) == "HeldDown") then
      fibaro:debug("Fibaro Button HeldDown")

fibaro:call(IDSWITCH, "turnOn")

fibaro:sleep(60*60*1000)

fibaro:call(IDSWITCH, "turnOff")

end

Firstly, the Fibaro Button is notoriously known for not working. So I would not trust the button to do anything else than keeping paper from flying around.

If your scene have too many instances then try to adjust the number of running instances at the frontpage of the scene.
