Authentication with email - error 401

Hello.
I have a problem with VD, which I have used for several years for automatic lights. After changing the way of logging in via email, VD has stopped working. There is a 401 error in the debugger.
Login takes place via: hc2:setbasicauthentication (USER, PASSWORD); 
Of course, user and password are defined earlier.
Changing from @ to %40 does not help, base64 also.
Can anyone help?
