hi everyone,
didnt have time to introduce myself i have a very annoying problem
i just got my HC2 yesterday i have set my email address as the superuser in the startup wizard it is same user and pass on fibaro ID i added all the z-wave components i was on the last 3 so i had to move hc2 closer because it woulnt read.
restarted and as soon as i went to login again it kept saying wrong password but i am sure of the password so i tried 3 other times and then i requested a new pass. new pass was sent and i was logged in but all the switches have been lost! i and i was logged in as user not super user!! users recent activity show 2 identical users....
same thing happened to me twice only solution was to recover and restore to factory default and start allover because when i loaded the backup i was logged in as user not superuser
please help
