can you remove a restriction on Wind Speed Source for Weather Provider settings?

in method WeatherProvider:getWindSpeedSensorsList
by criteria

but it doesn't match for more z-wave meteo-stations
UPD: yes. I can write own plugin for weather provider and provide such criteria, but you disable endpoint for uploading new plugins.
UPD2# another proposition fix z-wave template for Qubino meteo-station, also AFAIK the similar situation with POPP meteo -station
