What’s up if I don’t want to have HomeKit ?

I want to have Siri w/o HomeKit. My home is stuffed with zwave products, all of them are not HomeKit. So where is the voice control with apple devices ?

from my point of view, it needs to be manageable by api voice control out of Siri, within the home network as well via mobile network.

    example:

Me: Siri, what is the status of my Rollo blinds?

Siri: all are open, should I close them?

Keep on going that’s state of the art.

Fibaro homecenter does not support Apple's Siri. You could buy a Raspberry Pi and run homebridge and the fibaro-Homekit- plugin. Then you kan have both: Your normal homecenter and a virtual homekit. Actually it works wery well. A Raspberry Pi can be bought for around 30 euro.

Just awesome. I have the hc2 for >400 bugs and it does not work. For 30 Euro I will get all zwave possibilities and as a nice topping Siri control? :-)

my question, what is the strategy from fibaro for the upcoming business years?

Cheaper products/solutions are Available on the market as well others provides good tested updates before release... no further comments...

Thanks for the Tipp, 30€ I will invest and give him a shot.
