Hi there,
I have my HC2 platform working well. This integrates with all lights in the house, along with (a) Logitech Harmony for TV control and (b) DSC Alarm Integration. I'm using the alarm integration as a trigger for a scene to simulate the house being occupied. I only want this to happen when the Alarm is set to Away mode (i.e. no-one is home).
I'm expecting to set a Scene with the following triggers:
1. Alarm is set to Away (declared by a Global Variable from Per's DSC Integration -

)AND
2. Time is xx mins before sunset
THEN
Trigger [Fibaro Scene]. This then turns on the TV and switches on lights (and eventually off) in the correct pattern to simulate occupancy
The bit I'm struggling with is how to make the lights trigger at a different time each day. I don't want the house lights to come on at exactly 6pm every day. I want the time to vary by about 20mins either side of this. I get that sunset will vary the trigger time, but I'm looking for something I can use within the Scene that is triggered.
How have others achieved this? If you have LUA code, can you share? This will be the first time I have looked at or modified LUA, so go easy on me!
Thanks,
Chris
