Facing Configuration Problem in Intercom



Hi there. I have just bought my fibre intercom and I cannot connect it and configure it. I have tried wifi, auto and manual bu too luck. Have restarted it as well still no luck. I get a massage saying " network configuration cannot be applied. please review settings in app and your home network". It is connected in same local LAN AND WLAN.


I can see an IP address for it on my router SET up page (

) and I have even tried to isolate the Ip for it but still doesn’t Connect. Can someone please help resolve this issue.

Hi. I had much of the same problem. 


I had to factory reset it several times. 

Do you have red colors on the numbers ?


if so. Waiting several hours solved it for me. 


And I only got it to work with Wifi first. Then change to poe powered lan.

I have the same issue whit my intercom. Looks like i have to open a PORT in network? How to solve this? 

I get to the piont to verify and Finich, but get an error message " Time out, bla bla bla..." I,ve got serial 00000550...
