i just tested the simple_timer.vfib (which i found on this forum) and this works out fine, when my motion detect mition, it will start the timer, but i dont know how to turn of the light after the timer is finished.

    Hi Kro,

I already checked this scene but it seems not to work fine when i'm longer in the room then the scene is working. As example:

my motion sensor is detected some motion and it will turn on my lamp and it will also turn it off in 2 minutes, but when i'm longer in the room, it does not always have a good renewal of the timer. So when i'm still in the room it still turn off and i'll have to leave the room before it will activate again.

also tells me in the controller that the maximum running instances of the scene is reached, can you help me out with this?

    Best regards

    hi @Harmen070,

I'm not aware about how this works with a virtual device.

Or are you using a LUA Scene for this? Maybe you can post the scene here?

There are also parameters for the motion sensor which can affect how often it triggers.

    Senitivity, blind time,
