Switch Speed

Hi,

 

I bought a Single Switch 2(I think 3.2). Installed in a floor with 2 switches. It works, but if i dont use trough the software, but i use the physical switch there is a small delay, the light switch on 0,2-0,5s later than before i installed the Fibaro Switch 2.

 

Made i something wrong?

More than a month and no answer. Not from Users and not from Fibaro.... Im very very disapointed....

 

The support by Fibaro seems not existent. Maybe i should buy from other company :(

This is issue and they do not know how to fix it, so they are just silent... every switches do this, it is disapointing, and after changing Fibaro HCL to Homey, i will be changing this switches for other brands too, fibaro is doing it jus wrong, no answers, no info about their proprietary command class for others, no updates... i need to bought HCL to update my modules, then send it back to seller in 14 days, with thanks that i only need to update modules, not happy about it, but i was not first that did that, they said to me this is common for fibaro.

I was told the issue is transformer, just checked with voltmeter, output have rly delay, so issue is module itself, that sometimes thinks instead of doing what he need to...
