What is the actual function or working of Fibaro Bypass 2 with dimmer 2

Hello,

 

I want to know the actual function of Fibaro bypass 2 with dimmer 2 on low voltage Transformer or leds. ??? Why it is needed with Dimmer 2 if its on 20watt ( example) load only???

its only needed when you have a low wattage like 6 watt . If it's off the lamp there is always leck wattage the bypsass make sure that the lamp doesn't shine then
