how to fix a broken relay module zwave

Hi,

 

My relay is obviously broken, does not respond, and does not turn on, no led when trying to pair and not visible by my home center lite. 

 

I don't find the seller and neither the bill.

 

Is there a repairing solution ? I can check parts on my side, but I don't know which one can be broken. Can you help me out ?

Have you tried to exclude it first before you include it again?

I have 4 relays that I am sitting with the same problem, I cant possibly have blown them all, but I have the same problem....
