HC2 FW4530 2 issues

Question

hello @all,

i've got to issues with my HC2 (running on 4530).

I've ~ 63 physical devices (some more will follow) connected as well lots of scenes and some virtual devices

However, when i added the last new devices i got following output on my HC2:

"

[18:24:42] Home Center ist im Lernmodus.

[18:24:46] Modul hinzugefügt

[18:25:03] Hinzufügen des Modul abgeschlossen.

[18:25:03] Hinzufügen des Modul abgeschlossen.

[18:25:26] ID 480: Set association for group 1

[18:25:26] ID 480: Set association for group 1

[18:25:27] ID 480: Received association report from group 1

[18:25:27] ID 480: Received association report from group 2

[18:25:27] ID 480: Received association report from group 1

[18:25:28] ID 480: Received association report from group 2

[18:25:28] ID 480: Set association for group 1

[18:25:28] ID 480: Set association for group 1

[18:25:29] ID 480: Received association report from group 1

[18:25:29] ID 480: Received association report from group 2

[18:25:34] ID 0: Overload detected. Reduce the load connected to the output.

[18:25:34] ID 0: Overload detected. Reduce the load connected to the output.

[18:25:40] ID 480: Device configuration finished

"

After this the device is included and working. This happened to 3 devices, so the should be no coincidence.

Additionally i've a setup, where my HC2 is connected to a switch.

HC2 gets same DHCP IP from both routers, depending which device is on.

On this switch i've my MAIN & BACKUP Router connected.

So in case my Main router fails (virtual ip interface, which i check with a virtual device and then run a scene to turn off & on 2 wallplugs) i start a scene with a countdown to turn on my backup router and then turn off my main router.

This setup is actually working and i will have ~ 3-5 min no internet connection, depending that the xDSL is still available. Next step could be a LTE dongle in backup router, so i could have LTE Backup too.

However, i saw several times in my tests, that the HC2 just "disappears". Also the Fibaro Finder can't find it anymore. So i need to reboot it hard everytime.

Do you have any suggestions or possible solutions?

BR
