Virtual Device API to disable/enable a scene (or Holiday Mode)

Question

Posted

Hi

I have the Home Center Lite and I'd lite to create a VD with 2 buttons (Holiday ON and HOliday OFF) and I don't know what would be the best way to proceed.
Basically, I have a wake up scene (that turns on some lights and opens the shutter) that starts at 6.am on week days. If it's set on HOLIDAY OFF I wan't this routine to be excuted but at a later time (let's say 8 am).

I'm familiar with the variables, etc but I don't know on my VD what would be the best approach. I really want this scene to get executed at 6.00 (or 8 am) but not when I click on the button on my VD.

Or is it possible to just disable one scene and enable another one when I click on the VD buttons ? I can't do LUA as I only have the Lite gateway.

Thanks !
