HC2 remote acces for users

Is there a way to give users remote control acces to hc2 app (android/ios) or cloud?

 . If the user also is registered on the HC2, he/she can log in and have access to the full interface of your HC2's. This, of course, requires that  the HC2 has external internet communication.

I managed to test this with a user a made myself. The app FIBARO work well when I'm using any Wifi connection to the internet, but I can't login when using a 4G connection. Does anyone else encounter this problem?

I can use the HOME CENTER app on any connection, but cameras don't seem to work very well. They're working in very slow frames and have big delays.

I have the same issue. I can access from the mobile app with a local access WIFI but not from a external locations accessing with 4G. Can anybody help me?
