Panic lights on Alarm not blink

The group of all lights in the Panic module does not blink while the alarm is on (this lights only switch to ON). Do you have to configure some additional parameters in the devices, or controler themselves so that these lights start to blink during an alarm?
The group of lights that I would like to handle during an alarm is dimmer1, switch2 - s1, and one of the channels from the RGBW module. Everything from fibaro and standing on HC2. Thank you for all the hints.
