Hi Guys,

I am trying to reset /recovery a HM2 but during the procedure it stops at section 1 "Preparation" with error #4 System Disk not found.

When we speack of system disk we are speacking about the recovery usb drive? If yes, should I try to restore it with a virgin firmware? Where Can i find it?

Many thanks

Your helps are really appreciated

I do not know exactly what just happened but I solved the problem. The Recovery mode and usb pen were working and so i was to start up in recovery mode.

But the internal drive wasnt found by the recovery.

The HC2 was not able to startup normally without the recovery external key.

I decided to switch the external pen (recovery) to the usb internal port. And the internal HD usb to the external USB port.

Power and...... The unit started up automatically in recovery without any button pushed. Then the recovery was able to find the HD and successfully completed the restore.

The unit is working now without RMA ..
