Fibaro modules and custoM PCB for "industrial" use

MDC

Question

Hello,

I manage to build my own PCB for Fibaro module in order to use them in "industrial" mode and put on DIN rail case.

My first PCB was for smart implant/universal sensor, that i use to bring into Fibaro information from external sensors and to measure temperature in different areas.

It support 2  smart implant/universal sensor

Output:

2 x sensors in

2 x contacts in

4 x temperature sensor in

220v built in power

  • Second module is also a DIN Rail case module whit easy replace/remove for fibaro module.

It's based on Fibaro double relay v2 that i use to control some contactors for big loads into building.

I design this module to have a backup function, basic a separate switch that bypass fibaro module and turn on contactors.

    It's designed for my building....

    Take a look :)

    Very nice!

Small detail, the mcb's are single-pole protected.

Only the phase is protected, the zero only joins. I would swap the phase and zero..

In the case of a short circuit to earth, it would otherwise do nothing.

I know this modules, but my module is custom.

On top I set output for switch and confirmation lights and on bottom I set power input for normal use backup power and also backup switch.

Try to fit that modules into a din rail case and you will notice need to put many wires... is not practical.

My modules also has manual buttons on case and also light confirmation for each relay....has output for contactors....also normal output...
