Hey,

I've a doubt about possible outrages in the house. Imagine I've a dimmer switch connected to the HC2. If an outrage comes what will happen with the dimmer? Would I have to wait for HC2 come live again for dimmer work? If so, what are your suggestion to go through this? An UPS in HC2?

In resume, what I want is when power comes again I do not have to wait 2/3 minutes to have lights on again.

Can you help?

Thanks in advance!

Hey, you mean an outage :D After you have power back, all devices (dimmers, on/off) will still work, almost immediately. You don't need a HC2 for that. Depending on how you have wired your dimmers you can still operate them with hardware buttons.

    Sorry for english issue :)

Can you help me about the wire of modules? I just don’t want to wait much time when I have an outage...

    Thanks in advance.

Just follow the manual with the modules. With the wiring i mean you do have to connect buttons to your dimmers.

If you use on-off buttons you cannot dim, but can turn the lights on.

If you use pushbuttons like i do, and have set parameter 20 = 2 (for the Dimmer 2), then you can dim and brighten your lights with the buttons.

You mean that will work even if HC2 is off?

Yes it does. It is controlled in the device.

You can even have some basic automation when the controller is down.

Check the manual of you module  for association.
