New echo dot not working

Question

Just bought an EchoDot. It is working fine, but not with Fibaro.

Fibaro Smart Home Skill successfully added and linked. After that Alexa starts the discovery, but nothing found.

HC2 with 4.530

 

Any idea?

    The problem was:

    Alexa integration need the HC2 administrator user to link the accounts.

    Same problem here

    32.244.144.107 is one of the Amazon servers, how can skill find devices if locked out? as you can see in attachement.

    Hello,

    From what i saw now you have 4.540 version of the software. We had some issues related to this and alexa app.

    We will investigate on this, I have already forwarded it to our engineers. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience it caused but I have to ask you for a little more patience.

    Already great - Fibaro fixes a problem in the firmware, but at the same time, two new problems with a - so is nothing in the long run, dear Fibaro Team
