Philips tv plug-in hc2 ip error

Hello,

 

I have Some issues with connecting a philips tv to Fibaro hc2.

 

tv type 65oled903, latest software on hc2.

 

If I search for tv in the philips plugin the philips tv displayed after refresh. IP address is matching with tv.

 

if I click save an pair following error is displayed “checkInternetConnectionOrIpAddress“

 

I tried re-install the plugin, only type IP address from tv etc however nothing helps

 

anyone a solution for this issue?

@dennisvw  I had similar problem with another model of Philips TV - the new one bought in late 2018.

 

I reported this to Fibaro help desk. I received an answer that newest models may not be compatible with the offered plugin.

Standard all plugins old.
Satel is an old plugin and not everything works.
Samsung is old and does not work with newer models.
Now I see that and Philips TV ...

    Oh, this is not good. I have a 2018 model, it is recognized on the network but when clicking pair, the same message appears. I don't know how premium is Fibaro among the other solutions but based on what I read it's among the bests. Premium product needs premium support. I hope this issue will be solved soon, I also report it to helpdesk. This was one reason I bought Homecenter 2.

    Mam philips 65oled804 i ten sam problem ?  Zgłosiłem do Fibaro - pani z obsługi powiedziała, że inżynierowie pracują nad update wtyczki. Pytanie tylko kiedy to nastąpi?

    Wydałem sporo pieniędzy na system i liczyłbym na szybszą reakcję ze strony Fibaro...

     Kolejny Philips i nie działa. Żenada!!! Wstydzicie się , update powinien zająć wam  miesiąc. A tu już lata lecą

    Dalej nie działa - tez mam błąd przy parowaniu i18n_checkInternetConnectionOrIpAddress

    W HC3 to widzę niewiele działa.......

    Widzę ze FIBARO ma wyrąbane generalnie

    grunt to chwalić się na stronach jakie to się ma zajebiste integracje i mieć wszystko zrobione na sztukę i nie działające - dokumentacji żadnej, support porażka - odpowiedzi po kilku dniach w stylu "powinno działać" - masakra

    Ja pisałem o tym 2 lata temu i nadal nic nie zrobili w tym temacie. Szczerze? Odradzam każdemu z kim rozmawiam na temat Fibaro. Marketing na FB mają może i dobry ale tylko to!

    Support i aktualizacja wtyczek to jakaś porażka... Po co mi system który działa ze starym Philipsem z 2012y? Ż.e.n.a.d.a.
