15869 notifications freezes my HC2, unable to delete them

Question

Posted (edited)

Hi,

Last night one of the power plug keeps showing that the appliance that is connect is consuming 2000w (washing machine is connected). But the connected appliance was turned off:?. I rebooted my HC2 and go to sleep. This morning it's still showing the same thing. I plugged out the plug and the "consuming" stopped. But I have 15869 overcurrent notifications in my notification center. When I log in local on my HC2 it freezes completely, and I can't delete the notifications. The plug is plugged out. The notifications are all from last night so there are no new notifications added.

I'm running 4.530

How can I solve this?

you can try with e.g. Postman app, download it, install, run, paste this data, change to DELETE action and enter your credentials.

it will take lot of time, maybe even few hours, so let it run. You can try it multiple times, in case this stops at some point.

The other option is for sure to contact support, the data is in the database, so it can be deleted in background. The only problem is, you can't enable remote support now as you can't login, so you will have to open ports n your router (forwarding to HC)

Out of curiosity, what wallplug type/model/manufacturer are you talking about?

    @tinman

    Thank you for your response. In the mean while I found out that I can log in but it takes minutes before a reaction comes. I will try it what you advised me.

    It's a Qubino Smart Plug (

    ). I used this one instead of the Fibaro one because this one can handle more Watt. My washing machine doesn't consume more energy then 2500w but while the washing program was running the plug turns off. Somebody on this forum advised me to use the Qubino one, that user had the same issue. It worked fine for months now, till last night. Have to find out if I can add a parameter so that the overcurrent doesn't report to my HC.

    I have 504 gateway timeout twice now. The ipadres is correct and the correct log in credentials.

    as i said, it takes some time, you might get timeout and run it multiple time, so might as well check in postman settings if timeout value has been set to 0 (infinite)

    Normally, after you run it, and you manage to login, the number of notification should already decreased.
