Smart implant does not keep params on power cycle

Hoi!

The question first: Why i can not found the area for product "Smart implant"?

 

But the story: Need for scene switches and indicator lamps (independent!). And it works well till the implant power cycle. After that the button switches automatically also the output... until from WEB-GUI the "Control protection" "Input/Output"-s are switched and saved. Hmm, seems, some hidden parameter is not correctly saved into permanent storage?!?

Do You mean the HC2 software version?!? Actually i already have it - so sorry, tested - do *NOT* working

Yeah, see now 5.0 -> 5.1.

But i had the HC2 new version already couple of days, and also of course the first thing was check implants FW - it wasn't there, but now it is and attempting to update.

Two first attempts - Status: fail - device unable to receive data. try again .

Third attempt with watching implant's LED - blinking blue long time and then short red flash; and again the "unable to recieve data"

 

From "console" i can see

[08:30:35] ID 506: OK. The device will initiate the firmware update of the target specified in the meta data.
[08:32:35] ID 506: The device was unable to receive the requested firmware data.

 

So, any ideas, how to "conjure" this device correctly?

 

Changed:

After some magic and spelling - seems, the cause of failure is an "secure mode".  Removed my device from z-net, did factory reset and inserted insecurely into z-net. After that updated successfully.

With another fresh implant from package - again, just join and if in secure mode - same failure, aft. remove and join as insecure - right now updating.

Firmware v5.1 cannot be installed. I have two smart implants and they both cannot be upgraded. They both have the issue of outputs being ON upon reboot, which make them unusable. Raised to Fibaro, they sent immediately the customary apology and then silence.

THIS THING IS NOT OPEN SOURCE FREE STUFF, WE PAY FOR IT. FIX IT!!!
