Can't create backup or restore from backup HC2

Hi Community,

I can't create backup and restore from menu HC2

when I try to do this, I get an error

you should not get that error, reboot your HC2 and try again - if still same error, contact Fibaro Support.

had the same situation more than once; had to reboot more than once....
