Get value from Virtual device label and change global variable

Question

Posted

Hi everybody

I'm new to LUA and I'm trying to achieve something that seems farily basic to me but I've now idea how to do it...

I trying to create a scene that runs every evening at 11pm. I'd like to get the value of a label in a virtual device (amount of rain for tha last 24 hours of my Netatmo Rain Gauge. I have a virtual device that shows this value).

If this value from the label virtual device is more than 10 (mml) it should just change a global value (Rain_Check) to it's value "Rainy_Day".

Any idea how I can do that ???

Thanks
