Deleting Heatit Termostat

LeRooy

Question

I have an issue. It seems like the Heatit device is not communication the right way with my software(HC2). I tryed to remove the device, but it will not exclude the device. Is there some way to delete the device from the HC2 so I can include it the right way?

Thanks for help!

1. reset the device

2. click x on device and then force remove

I have never seen the device that will not be removed that way.

Hope it helps

  • Ok thanks.

Seems like I get err first and then inc in the termostats.. but this one just show err..

    It stops:

[21:53:19] Home Center in learning mode
    [21:53:23] Device added
[21:53:23] Add node status protocol done
    [21:53:23] Adding devices complete
    [21:53:23] Adding devices complete

it should be way more "lines" here..

Give it some time... But no going after 1h (30 mins should be enough) try to get somehow closer to your HC2.... and start once again.
