scene making lua

Hey.

I want to make a scene there:

When motion sensor id:31 detected motion

Then turn relay(id: 25) on for 2 seconds then turn it off.

Could you add schedule for me please,

for example  between 24:00 to 08:00am when the motion sensor deteced motion.
