Question

Hello,

I have a problem with setting up multizone heating.

I have boiler with "call for heat" switch (Fibaro relay switch) and radiators with different actuators (Fibaro, Danfoss, Zipato valve,...). Heating panel (and linked device) works fine in communications with actuators and sensors.

But I have problem with "call for heat". Because every 1 minute shitch go ON->OFF->ON->OFF. This problem I found in some old topics bat link with solution doesn't work anymore.

One of posible solution is one switch per zone and switch output in parallel to boiler. But it's expensive.

My idea was, if linked device can manage with virtual switch, making virtual switch for every zone and then with scene and logic OR manage boiler switch. But, how I can make virtual switch?

Is there any other solution? LUA? (I don't have any experience)

Thanks

There is a script on the forum called multi room heating. It's in the download section. I think that is what you need!

Thank You for this topic, this has lead me to the solution.

You will need a timer scene to add possibility to trigger scene by global variable and also You need the scene which is reading Your rooms and setpoints and triggering relay.

In the second script You need to replace the relay ID with Your relay ID and also replace the commands if needed to switch on and off the relay. Dave Harrison is the man!
