Alarm sets even when sensor breached

Question

Posted (edited)

I am playing with the Fibaro Alarm panel to understand how it works.  Below is a sensor set up>

If I leave the window open and try to arm the alarm via the normal browser interface the systm warns me and asks if I want to force arming.   This is as I would expect.

However if I use a fob or use the Home Center mobile app the system allows the alarm to be armed even if the window is breached already.

Can someone explain whay and how to make the fob & app act in the same way as the normal browse arming systm_

Thanks
