Motion sensor won’t wake when pressing B button...

I have the Z wave motion sensor, and it’s worked fine up until recently. I change some settings and it said that the sync is pending, and hit the B button to wake (as usual). Only when I hit the button to wake it, nothing happens. I can hold it down to cycle through menu options just fine. I reset it and re-paired it but the same issue happens after it is added to my home network). I also left the battery out overnight and put it back in but that didn’t solve the problem. If I click the wake button 3x fast it shows a blue blinking eye, but no sync. It seems a single click just won’t wake it to sync anymore. Can anyone assist?

Hi @jerbee

Have you tried a brand new battery? The battery operated devices do not show the real level.

I.e. battery might look full in the GUI but could be to weak in real life.
