Question

OK what I'm trying to do:

motion triggers scene

scene turns on light

scene sleeps a while

scene turns off light

what I want is motion during (light on - sleep) extends the off time

concept:

allow 2 instances of scene

2nd kills first

runs normally

How does killScenes work? Does it kill instance1 leaving instance 2 running

Should I be using some other way of achieving this

James

Use %% killOtherInstances in your scene header section. Then every new triggered instance kills the current one.

For example:

--[[
%% properties
30 value
%% events
%% globals
Dagdeel
%% killOtherInstances
--]]
