Question

Hello
I have a Home Centre 2,

I have one question, which i am hoping you might be able to help

I am unable to get the Fibaro DImmer 2 and Fibaro Switch 2 to connect to the home centre. (Having no issues with pairing others)

I can

  • All devices are working on the AU frequency
  • The Home Centre 2 is about 5 metres with no obstructions to the devices
  • 3 wire installation

When I turn the main power on, I get no Device LED light to indicate connection (Red or Green)

I have tried the following

  • Reset each device, (Both look like they do a reset, I get a red LED, and the dimmer look like it does a full calibration)
  • Delete from the HC2, Neither will delete from the HC, the countdown continues for both if I press the B-button 3 times
  • If I try range command, (Hold till i get voilet liight, release and press again) I get green flashing green (about 3), flashing yellow (ABout 3) flashing voilet, then red long, then it repeat)
  •

Are you able to advise if there is any trick, im sure its something simple I'm doing?

Thanks heaps

Matt

Try rebooting hc2, then leave it for a hour to sort its self out.

then un-include module ,  first then include.

Ive found  if you rush with multiple failed attempts  things start going wrong.

Also check all your previously installed modules are configured correctly before including more.
