Alexa can't find any device

Hi I have enable the skill at Alexa, When i use 'list home center devices' it found my HC2. However I can't see any devices after that.
Please help....

Hello,

 

My HC2 V450 has the same situation. Alexa could not found any device or Szene. And Since the update freeze my HC2 sometime and i need to to a power restart.

I have the same problem with opened ticket in fibaro service support, with no answer.

This is the response I got on my support ticket, seems like they are aware and working on it:

 

Hello,

Thank you very much for your email.

We’re aware of this issue and we’ve already forwarded it to our engineers, who are currently working on resolving it as soon as possible. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience it caused but I have to ask you for a little more patience.

We’ve already managed to identify some problems that could solve occuring issue:

1. You have got more than one controller added to your FibaroID account – Alexa will be able to download and control only first Home Center unit on from your remote control.
2. For your safety Alexa service does not allow to control devices connected with security. Types of supported devices are listed on our Alexas FAQ: manuals.fibaro.com/alexa
3. We’ve managed to upload a fix that increases skill stability. Please reinstall skill for Alexa.
4. Please remove the HC from your Fibaro ID, then add it back and try using Alexa skill.

On account that are shared (sharing Home Center) integrations do not work, account will not find any devices or scenes.

Please change your language in Alexa app to English.

Go to LAN SETTINGS in the Config Panel and activate REMOTE SUPPORT.

and then try again to discover devices on your alexa app...

Same problem here for almost 2 months. I opened a ticket, they suggested something that did not work and never replied again. Just opened a second ticket for the same issue.

 

Their support quality is zero. They simply dont care about your problems. You already bought their stuff, so they already made money with you. If its not working now, it seems to be your problem :-(
