Hello,

I would like to be able to geolocate a family member, so I created an access account and then checked that the geographical coordinates are correct, I also activated the App on my iPhone and unfortunately it doesn't work.
My first problem is that into "Home" menu there should be the "Family" menu that does not appear. I asked for help from Fibaro support and unfortunately it did not answer me. I don't think they're being very fair. I'm really disappointed to have bought this product, I thought the support was efficient but is not the case.
Is there anyone on this forum who can help me ? I would really appreciate it.

Did you gave this account access rights to the devices

    Thanks for your answer.

    Could you tell me where the change in access rights is?

     

    Here's what I've already done :
    But it seems to me that this is more like allowing Push notifications.
