Roller shutter 3 with relay for 2 simultaneous shutters

I have an existing installation with a single pair of switches (up/down) for two venetian blinds with end switches. The blinds are decoupled via kind of a relay.

I would like to control them with roller shutter 3 (or any other Zwave module), but I see a problem here:

• If I simply connect the relay's inputs to the module's outputs, calibration will not work, because there is no change in load on the outputs when the limit switches are reached. Can I still use the module with manual calibration? The manual says it works for "roller blind with built-in driver" setting, however with that setting, I would probably loose the slats positioning feature for venetian blinds.
• Another option would be to use two shutter modules and connect them in parallel to the switches and directly connect each blind to a module (and discard the relay). This would basically work, however, it would not only cost twice as much, but it also makes it possible to control the blinds independently (only) via the module. This can be confusing (to say the least) to the user who still has only one pair of switches.

 

Is there any other way? Has anyone thought of a designing a circuit to simulate a load on the module's output for as long as at least one end-switches has not been hit?
