Question

Hello!
I want to make a simple block scene that controls my Fibaro roller shutters depending on lux level on light sensors. I don't want the shutters to be activated as soon as there is a cloud on the sky. I want it to be activated if the lux level is stable above/below a certain level for x minutes. Any idea on how to make this in a block scene?
