Question

Posted

Hi All,

I have a HC2 which has been stored away for a couple of years. Now that I have got it back out and turned it on, the firmware is still at 4.11.

For some reason no updates are showing as available. Or I am looking in the wrong place.  Anyone have any idea?

Also, on my android app it's only connecting remotely and won't connect locally.

Amy help would be appreciated,!

Thanks

Pt

If I reset to factory defaults, will I lose all my data?  Or can i upgrade then perform a recovery?

I don't have experience with this, I thought if you stored it away ... you didn't use your HC2 anymore :)

I hope someone else can answer your question.

@Peter13 , do you have FibaroID?

Are you logged in as a SuperUser?

Can you share a screen shot showing Configuration -> General? Cover the sensitive data.
