Sunset and Sunrise Time Not Correct

I'm trying to setup a scene where lights are turned on 30 minutes before sunset, but instead of doing that, HC2 turns the lights on around 10AM in the morning.

 

I've checked and made sure the system timezone is set to Los Angeles GMT-700. Also the system is running latest firmware (updated 3 days ago)

 

did I set something incorrectly or is this a bug?

I couldn't find a plugin with that name in all the available plugins, which category is it listed under? Climate? Other?

Thanks for the information,

 

I checked that panel, there was no point set. I set a location called "Home" to the correct lat-lang.

 

But when I check under Configuration -> Location, the system location is still wrong, using the change location button opens a map, but the search box isn't responding. I manually moved the map from Poland to California, and now it looks like the lat-lang is is correct. Will wait till sunset today to check if this fixes it.
