Dear all,

I'm using the brillant Sonos VD from @Krikroff ...  with that script, I select the Radio Station 1 ... but can someone tell me, where I can set them in the Sonos Tool? I can't find them... :-(

Thank you very much.

Hi @Danielos ,

you need to select favorite stations with original Sonos app on your mobile device. After you do that Sonos VD will read them with the order they show in original app. Then buttons on VD will work.

@Sankotronic, thank you! But where exactly in the app do I find that? The radio stations absolutely doesn't fit with my favourites in the app...?! But perhaps, I'm searching at the wrong place.

Open the Sonos app on your smartphone and click on the tab browse.

Choose Radio by TuneIn (if this isn't installed, do it)

Now search for a radiostation that you want in your favorites and tab op the 3 dots

Choose more and than add to my radiostations, DON'T add it to My Sonos.

I could be that it's is named different in your Sonos app because I use the dutch version I guessed how it would be called in English:-P

    Hope this helped.

PS. the Sonos VD only only uses the first 5 favorite radiostations, you can't add more to the VD sadly. You should only add your 5 favorite radiostations because the Sonos app automatically sets it in alphabetic order and you can't change that. So if you add more than 5 favorites the sixteenths can't be used in the Sonos VD.

@kevin Thank you. That's where I searched the stations, but strange is, that there are completely other radio stations than what is played when I push the buttons on the VD's....

You don't have more than 5 radiostations added to my radiostations section? 5 is the limit. So if you have 10 radiostations only the first 5 will work in the same (alphabetic) order in the VD

@kevin No, I saved only 2 stations but if I select the stations 1 - 5 completely other stations are played than the 2 I saved where you mentioned me.... or do you think I need to "reinstall" the VD that it also resets the existing RTS entries?

    Thank you for your help.

You can reinstall it and also delete the variable that is created.

Do you add the radiostations with the sonos app on you Mac/PC?
